Users may request deletion of their Howdi account and associated data by emailing:
howditheapp@gmail.com
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Howdi account
- The subject line: “Delete My Howdi Account”
What will be deleted:
- Account profile information
- Horse profiles and data
- Uploaded photos and videos
- Training logs, runs, events, and notes
- Financial records (expenses & earnings)
What may be retained temporarily:
- Transaction records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (if applicable), retained for up to 30 days
Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 days.
