Howdi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "your") and Howdi ("Howdi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of how-di.com, the Howdi mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate and complete information
• ✓Keep your login credentials confidential
• ✓Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload (including horse data, photos, videos, financial tracking, notes, and other materials).

By uploading content, you grant How-di a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use such content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

Howdi may offer a free trial for new users.

• • No payment method is required to start the trial unless otherwise stated.
• • Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per account.
• • After the trial period ends, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription ("Pro").

Subscription plans, pricing, and billing intervals are displayed within the Services at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be purchased through:

• • Stripe (for web-based purchases)
• • Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
• • Google Play Store (for Android devices)

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing and renewal are handled by those platforms according to their respective terms.

For subscriptions purchased through Stripe (web), billing is handled via Stripe's secure payment system.

If purchased through:

• • Apple App Store – Manage or cancel in your device settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• • Google Play Store – Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• • Stripe (Web) – Manage or cancel via your billing portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made:

• • Apple App Store purchases are governed by Apple's refund policies.
• • Google Play Store purchases are governed by Google's refund policies.
• • Stripe (web) purchases are governed by our web billing policies.

Howdi does not issue refunds outside the applicable platform's policies unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features at any time. Changes will apply at the next renewal period.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, How-di shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
